Drilling

In the field of drilling, Ultra fine, fine, medium, course, ultra-course glass beads are offered according to international standards.
Glass beads act as small bearings to reduce stress and pressure, and do not produce any chemical reaction, which increases the life span of the drill bit, which in turn causes angled drilling to decrease and expand drilling capacity.

TORQUE-FREE

TORQUE-FREE is a mechanical lubricant which is act as ball bearings between surfaces slide and horizontal drilling. TORQUE-FREE is compatible with all types of fluids without any chemically changes in the fluids. In addition the Pills are effective when spotted across trouble zones while tripping, logging or running casing. TORQUE-FREE is available in different sizes from 1-1180 microns according to the requirement.

TREATMENT

Sweeps containing 10 to 30 ppb are effective when slide drilling and/or horizontal drilling. Pills Containing 5 to 10 ppb spotted across trouble zones prior to logging or running casing have proved beneficial.
